Questions
Before you sign up
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits sit on your account until you spend them, and every movement is written to a ledger you can read on your credits page.
- How do I pay?
- With bKash Send Money. Choose a pack on your credits page, send the exact amount to our bKash number, and enter the TrxID from your bKash message. Credits are added once we confirm the payment, usually within a few hours.
- Can I get free credits?
- Yes. Share your invite link from your dashboard. Your friend gets 20 credits when they sign up, and you get 20 credits plus 20 XP at the same time. We also run coupon codes from time to time.
- Why credits instead of a subscription?
- Assessed work costs real money to produce; sitting a practice paper does not. Credits let you pay for the first and never for the second.
- What do I get for signing up?
- 30 credits, which is enough to have a Writing Task 2 essay assessed before you decide anything. Joining from a friend's invite adds 20 more.
- Can I practise without spending anything?
- Yes — indefinitely. Reading and Listening are marked by our own grader, so they cost nothing to sit.
